By accessing or using www.inqstudios.xyzor engaging INQ Studios for software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
INQ Studios provides custom software engineering, web application development, SaaS product development, AI integration, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between INQ Studios and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. INQ Studios retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any open-source libraries, frameworks, or third-party tools used remain under their respective licences.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per project in the signed Service Agreement. Typically, a deposit of 30–50% is required before work commences. Remaining payments are milestone-based. Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge. INQ Studios reserves the right to pause or terminate a project in the event of non-payment.
5. Confidentiality
INQ Studios treats all client project information as confidential. We will not disclose your business logic, proprietary data, or trade secrets to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Clients are equally expected to keep any proprietary INQ Studios methodologies or internal processes confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INQ Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Warranties
INQ Studios warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free or that it will meet every specific requirement beyond those defined in the SOW. We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty from project delivery for defects directly caused by our work.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or recommend third-party platforms (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Stripe). INQ Studios is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policy changes of any third-party service. Clients are responsible for managing their own accounts and subscriptions with third-party providers.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, to transmit malware or harmful code, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's operation. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services you confirm you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For clients in the EEA, GDPR rights are governed by applicable EU law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
